Called here to try and figure out my taxes and being my first year doing so being very confused by the whole thing the lady on the phone was extremely rude belittled and even laughed at my wages. Talked to me like I was a child. Very unprofessional will make sure people I know don’t come here.
The lady on the phone was very rude and insulting just do your job you don’t have to belittle people to make yourself feel better not gonna file here again!
