When u pay off a mortgage with simmesport bank make sure to get a cancelation of mortgage from them and go record it at clerk of courts office, ASAP… Ha! I will get my money back. I’m coming for it!!
It was good. No long line waiting but fast and secure
I needed a cashiers check and find out that Simmesport State Bank doesn’t offer cashiers checks. Money orders only!! Some places will only accept a cashiers check. The title company I’m dealing with is one of those places. Very inconvenient right now, as I have the funds needed, but can’t get them to the people that need them.
