About to get a massage, I received a text saying they are fully booked. I'm wondering if they don't want female customers. I'm not happy. They've received lots of stars from men, though.
Poor massage technique, which is forgiveable. But short changing the customer by finishing the massage 15min early! And when advising them if this, all they can say is sorry we not understand. Very poor.
