Poor massage technique, which is forgiveable. But short changing the customer by finishing the massage 15min early! And when advising them if this, all they can say is sorry we not understand. Very poor.
The massage was professional and relaxing with firm and consistent pressure. However, the room was cold and the towel used was not warm enough. Overall, good experience.
Big thank you to Daisy, she gave me one of the best Thai massages I have ever had. Great massage, lovely staff and super relaxing.
