They can't cash government checks because they can't verify if they are fake. I would give them 0 stars if I could for lack of professionalism.
I had a terrible experience here. Guy behind the counter was incredibly rude, and it took him more than 20 minutes just to disburse $665.53 cash. He kept inspecting my CDL and refused to give me my .53 cent, he said they round up the number. Then he asked about my relationship with the person who sent the funds, acting more like a law enforcement. When he hesitate to give my ID, I called the POLICE. Don't respect hours of business
Apparently Doesnt cash Check made outside of Ventura County. Which makes me wonder how they stay in business. I am an african American woman and when i walked in the lady was on her phone talking with a friend and im assuming gave me a lie so she wouldnt have to service me. Growing up in Simi Valley I have a hard time believing it isnt a race issue. Very Unhelpful Very Rude Very Uncaring and absolutely no customer service skills
Waste of time. Said they couldn’t verify a check that was legit. This place sucks. Don’t go here.
