I booked an online apt for the 17/7 and paid $30 online upon booking. I was called by the Capalaba Clinic the day before that apt cancelling due to staff shortages. I ended up rebooking for 9/9 and that apt took place. I was charged the full fee on this date and the $30 pre payment was not deducted. I didn’t realise until a few days later. I called on the 12/9 and the lady confirmed they would refund me the same day. This has not happened. Horrible company. Can't get my refund for my appointment that's been cancelled for months because the machine has been broken. Won't reply to my email or calls!
