I have taken up good value offers on HIFU and micro needling on my neck and decollette and had beautiful results - my skin looks and feels amazing and toned. I have experienced a more thorough treatment with the full area of skin being covered with Simetics than at other clinics.
When I arrived for my $129 facial, the wrong service was provided without any clarification. No booking confirmation was sent beforehand. The treatment itself was minimal, with long periods left alone, music with ads, and the nurse speaking on speaker phone during my session. It felt unprofessional and like an imposition rather than a service. I was charged $149 far more than the experience was worth. Follow-ups via Messenger and email were ignored. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money.
It is disappointing to have to leave a negative review. All I will say is this business could do so much better.
I booked an online apt for the 17/7 and paid $30 online upon booking. I was called by the Capalaba Clinic the day before that apt cancelling due to staff shortages. I ended up rebooking for 9/9 and that apt took place. I was charged the full fee on this date and the $30 pre payment was not deducted. I didn’t realise until a few days later. I called on the 12/9 and the lady confirmed they would refund me the same day. This has not happened.
