Conveyed my property title on purchase. Noted my name was misspelled at signing. Said would correct. Did not and won’t fix. Do not use these people. Edit - dear owner - I have already emailed your office twice about this with zero response.
Even one star is too much for the services provided by her. Simer doesn’t even read the documents properly. We have visited three times to her office for same thing. Every time we are told different things and now we are told to visit fourth time for the same document. There is no respect of people time. It seems like they do it to make more money. Or they just don’t pay attention to documents. There might be very important legal documents of clients and I am sure they are making mistakes in those documents as well
