They have a no refund, no credit, no cancellation policy which I find to be very uncaring and inconsiderate in these tough times. I hired a car to replace my car that was in for repairs. I was waiting parts to come from Malaysia which ended up arriving a week earlier. I had hired the car for 2 weeks and only needed a week in the end. I ended up losing a whole weeks car rental. Not happy and will not be back.
