Time wasters and a dishonest business. Dropped phone off on Saturday, told me they would order the part for Monday. Get a phone call on Tuesday asking me for my phone pin. Refused as all my personal details were stored in my phone. They did not ask me to restore my phone when I first dropped it off. Went into store on Wednesday and they told me to restore my phone at home and then they would order the part to fix and gave me a timescale of another week.
