Total disregard for the customer On several of the silver items, they billed me $5 per troy ounce more than the price at which I purchased them. And they didn't mail anonymously like I requested, since armed home invasion robberies are a regular occurance in my hometown. I didn't need everyone at the post office and anyone they want to gossip with to know I order from SilverTowne. This transaction has been a very bad experience.
