My dad has been very happy at Silverthorn over the last year, due to the personalized and devoted care by all levels, from management to healthcare, recreation, dietician, and everyone else. It's a safe and comfortable community. and I find the staff to be very responsive, courteous and experienced.
I had a fantastic experience volunteering as an Practicum student at Silverthorn Community. The staff is incredibly compassionate, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents. I loved participating in various recreational activities that brought joy and connection to everyone involved. My supervisor was supportive and open to new ideas, making it a great place to learn and grow. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to make a positive impact!
The staff are completely terrible and just there as a body to collect a check, this place should be shut down.
Very bad place…the people who work there are very rude. I was there for placement for school. I cried two times in the washroom. I miss the people I was taking care of soo much. Hope their family see this place is not good for none of them. They don’t care
