As an outside provider, I love coming to Silverstone and working with their dedicated staff. Their staff is welcoming, accommodating and are always willing to listen to my suggestions and/or feedback. Their residents are very lucky to have such amazing caregivers.
It's unfortunate that the bad reviews come from disgruntled employees that weren't doing their jobs and inappropriate in the workplace, so they were terminated. I've worked many jobs in my life and the management cares more than most places, and have given people numerous chances, even when they didn't deserve it. My advice to people that want to apply at Silverstone is that you must have a love and compassion for the aging with dementia, want to work hard and not sit around socializing or on your phones, be dependable, and ... read more
