This so-called lawyer has given “leach” a new meaning. He and his office staff are so incompetent that delayed my case for a whole month for what the lawyer termed “falling in the crack!” During the month all my phone inquiries were ignored, or I was given bad information, or given run around until the “lawyer” confirmed the “falling in the crack" thing. extremely rude and errogant attorney - stay away!
I had already served a three day pay rent notice, and Attorney Silverstein handled the eviction so quickly and professionally that I had my home back almost immediately with the renter asking what happened?
Mr. Silverstein was recommended to us by our real estate agent. I’ve never dealt with an eviction and was willing to pay whatever I needed to to make it happen. My first interaction was so fast and they couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and I kept trying to kind of explain what I needed, but they had no interest in hearing the details.
