Silvermoon sucks almost always unprepared and supervisors aren't willing to help. Man told me that I need a tow bolt to get my awd car on to a flat bed. They have pulled my car onto a flat bed without one at least 2 times. I asked them to send a supervisor to assist this rookie driver, suddenly they are unable to send anyone or help. It's unacceptable and the manager Makes it seem like it's my fault after that the man didn't know how to hook my car up to pull it on to the bed

A friend found Silvermoon after AAA refused to help after 7 1/2 hours of waiting with an undrivable car. Brian was so helpful and agreed to a long tow vehicle from Okeechobee to Tampa. Great talking with driver Todd who was so kind and is an overall nice guy! Thanks so much Silvermoon! Much appreciated!
