After weeks of being run down, achey, and overwhelmed, I made an appointment with Stephanie hoping to alleviate a little of the physical stress I’d been under after some big life changes. Best decision ever. She’s skilled in massage and reiki and I felt amazing for days after my massage. I plan to make it a more regular event in order to take better care of myself. I highly recommend Stephanie for massage and reiki work.
