Ylya and his team - is the Dream!
Turn away if you can! Better options out there! A&B lender options, Ylya and his team charged an extra $1000 the day before closing and forced us to pay even though the signed contract is for $4000 broker fee. On top of that we paid an appraisal fee. So you will spend over $5650 with them! They threatened us and said "if you want to close, pay the fee". Money hungry and extremely unethical.
