This was the best place for our mother's end of life stage. The staff and owners were so caring and accessible. Mom was able to pass in comfort, surrounded by family in a home-like setting. So glad we were able to move her from her Skilled Nursing Facility before she passed. The facility is so open, with great light and very clean. Such good vibes. We highly recommend.

My mother has resided at Silverleaf for over a month now. This is our family's first time using any type of eldercare so I did a lot of research and visited many facilities. I had an idea what I was looking for but nothing I saw fit the bill. And then I discovered Silverleaf Lakeline and its wonderful owners and staff.
