Kindercare has been in our lives for 1 year now. We started taking our son when he was 1 years old. He was scared at first, but maybe not as scared as me lol. I love how kind all the teachers are. They are encouraging and helped my son and myself adapt to daycare. He was slow to walk and they helped him with push toys and encouraging him and I will always remember the video they sent of him walking for the first time. My daughter started at Creative Space at one years old and it wasn't a good fit for us. However, we started at Kindercare two weeks after leaving Creative Space and we watched her mind flourish in creativity and curiosity. The teachers were the biggest difference we noticed starting with helping us figure out why she was so fussy at school, leading to a diagnosis of milk intolerance. We love KinderCare! This facility is consistently clean, teachers and staff are professional and maintain transparency. Their Daily Connect app gives you convenient, real-time updates and photos of your child's activities ensuring piece of mind. Finding safe, dependable childcare is invaluable, and KinderCare truly excels in providing an outstanding environment for my children.
There should be cameras for accountability regarding employees and kids. Because you can’t go back and deny what is on video. And at least the parents can see their children throughout the day. The current center director, Jennifer, is great and Mrs. Luly keeps the kids busy and active in a fun way. I would like to hear more reports from my child about kind acts from the teachers. I couldn’t believe how dirty my child was when I picked her up, granted I saw other kids with snotty noses and dirty clothes on other days and while the asst director was very professional those teachers were rude and didn’t understand the issues Yall lost one tho
