I couldn’t believe how dirty my child was when I picked her up, granted I saw other kids with snotty noses and dirty clothes on other days and while the asst director was very professional those teachers were rude and didn’t understand the issues Yall lost one tho

My daughter has been going to this facility for almost a year now. She is two years old and had never been to daycare prior. She had always stayed with my mom while I went to work. We had some life changes and I needed to transition her childcare elsewhere. This was daunting and scary. You never know how to trust someone else with your child, but ALL of the staff at Kindercare in Silverlake make it easy. They will love your child like their own and keep you updated all day long. I recently toured the Silverlake facility, and it was a disappointing experience. The atmosphere felt sterile and uninviting, with no color on the walls and staff who seemed disengaged and unhappy. The environment lacked warmth and joy, which was surprising given the high cost. Despite the efforts of the tour guide, who unfortunately was bitten by a child during our visit, the entire place felt in need of a significant revamp.
