THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN ATROCITY. The food that is served does not meet the standards nor the diet for the residents. The staff is very disrespectful, non communicative and horrible examples of leadership. I highly recommend NOT to work here and NOT to bring your relatives to this facility. There’s a lady there with no bag attached to her stomach for her waste to drop in. They have a diaper on it. If anyone knows how to get in touch with state, please do.
We are so grateful for the care that Silvercrest gave my Dad while he recovered his strength. The facility is only 5 years old, has a wonderful open concept common area with a large great room/dining room with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows. It is very clean, and the staff is so caring and responsive. Thank you, Silvercrest!
The Director and Staff have done an excellent job in getting my father settled into his new home. The previous facility did not care about their residents, as the conditions were poor and the staff was not interested in doing their job. Silvercrest has been a Blessing for us and my father's health has improved immensely! I want to thank Mrs. Pamela and her staff for making all the difference! The only regret I have is not moving here sooner!
Treat the residence with love and care and the food is absolutely amazing!
