It was quick, professional and easy. The car was clean and the drop off was very easy as well. The only thing is that I looked all over Columbus Shops as it’s shown, and it took me a long time to see that they’re actually located further in the block in one of the public garages.
Amazing service! Audi on Demand superseded my expectations! It was more economical renting an Audi, than it’s competitors of enterprise and hertz where you obtain a regular sedan. Will be using them again in the near future in NYC. Thanks Audi!
I have rented Audis from this location multiple times and always had a positive experience. Until today. Despite the fact I had a confirmed reservation for a Q7 to be picked up at 9 am they did not have a Q7 for me. I told them that was ok—I would take the Q5 or any other car. After waiting almost an hour while the representative was on the phone with his manager he informed me that they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do for me.
