Used to be my go-to rental car company when flying into SLC, Miami, LAX, and my hometown of TPA...even inspired me to buy an Audi not once but two times. Now, it’s just way too hard to rent a car and the point system is useless. The staff was great at the offsite airport locations but now their services out of dealerships aren't useful at all. I’ll be returning to Hertz, as Silvercar has abandoned me this last year. Such a great brand and idea that has gone to completely useless and sad.

Everyone was super helpful. Didn't feel comfortable with the A4 and they made no fuss about getting me a Q5. Super easy. However, getting to the pickup point is kind of tasking, especially if you aren't familiar with TPA. Overall, I plan on renting from them again.
