From the point where we organised a viewing to handing us the keys, I felt that the Silverbirch team did everything they could to make the process efficient. I am really pleased with the friendly and professional service provided by Laila, Georgie and Stephanie at Silverbirch. They made the process of renting out our flat seamless. I particularly liked their great communication skills, their speed at getting things done and generally keeping us up to date on what was happening.
