My wife has been in Silverodo San Juan for nearly a year. She came having to recover form a broken femur. Most of the experts gave her little chance to get out of her wheelchair. Between the caregiver and nurses and pt team she walks with the help of a walker. She interacts well with the activity team that enrich her day with “clubs” that challenge and bring smiles.
As a family member of a resident at Silverado Memory Care, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The facility's commitment to providing exceptional care is evident in every interaction. My husband has been at Silverado for a number of months under very trying circumstances. I am impressed with their skill, their general approach and particularly the caring flexible leadership team. They go way beyond their job descriptions to back everyone up and accommodate the needs of the residents wherever possible. This is a tough business, and no one is perfect, but there is a special place in Heaven for the Leadership Team of Silverado SJC.
