My mom has been at the Silverado since last July. The staff and administration has been so supportive during this difficult time for our family. Knowing that my mom is at the Silverado has brought so much peace of mind, knowing that she’s gonna be taken care of, loved and treated like family. The staff loves her and she loves the staff. She’s doing karaoke, drumming classes, cooking classes that stimulate her mind . She’s getting good food, good rest and the communication has been great.Thank you Silverado.
What an involved and engaging staff ! Dior organizes creative and engaging activities for the residents and takes wonderful care of my mothers resident dog. The whole staff seems to truly care and stay involved throughout the day. Dior has even sent me photos, which gives me so much peace. Thank you for the wonderful team at Silverado Hermann Park !
We have a had a good experience here. My Dad really enjoys the food and everyone is so friendly. They also take amazing care of my Dad's dog Max.
My wife has been a resident of Silverado Hermann Park for nearly two years. She is in hospice care, a victim of advanced dementia. In many ways she has improved - more relaxed, smiles more than her last days at home, more responsive, happier - since joining the community I believe this is largely due to the professionalism, kindness and personal care - loving care - of her nurses and caregivers.
