This is a fantastic business! Melissa helped us find a Damper and Catalyst for our 35 year old Appalachian Wood Stove! After sending her pictures and info on the stove she was able to find the correct Damper. We are very grateful for the excellent customer service she provided! We highly recommend this company!
Just ordered parts for an old omega stove and they shipped it to me in 2 days. Everything worked perfect and they had a great price with friendly service. I will be coming back to buy back up parts to keep on hand cause im so impressed with this place. I can't say enough good things about this place.
Melissa was just awesome! She really worked with me to get my Hutch Rebel fireplace insert working again. New fan motor and rheostat from Silver Valley. I did have a issue with the rheostat failing after 3 uses, but Melissa sent a replacement quickly to me. Now I've used my Hutch Rebel several times and every is running great!
