Silver Threads has an amazing and caring staff and a beautiful and inviting home environment where grandma enjoys home-cooked meals and spending time with her friends. The new administration has worked tirelessly to make improvements that positively impact the lives of the residents and staff. Grandma has enjoyed calling Silver Threads home for nearly four years.
My mom had previously been in another assisted living facility before moving into Silver Threads in August 2020. Silver Threads was a definite upgrade but it too had issues that my mom experienced. Thank goodness Jim and Dulcie Frank became new owners of Silver Threads in January 2022. They have made numerous upgrades and changes since that time with more on the way! I love these residents with every bit of my heart but the administration staff is the worst I have ever seen.
