I have given no stars but unfortunately you have to give a star. I think maybe this facility did well back in the day but this older couple does not have the ability to keep up with the dogs. I was first disappointed when you did not even check my dogs immunization records, they didn’t know their names, I called you couldn’t hear me because the wife stated the husband was the one that could hear not that it would have made a difference you didn’t even know who my dogs were, my dogs were disgustingly dirty covered in urine,... read more
