Silver State Legal should not enter the wrong name for managers. They told me they would enter the manager's name. They did not give me option to enter the manager's name myself. They sent me a form with the wrong manager on it. They would not even sent a blank form. I cross the name out and faxed it in. But they entered the wrong name.
