I booked a car service for dear friends from out of town at Silver Star which was f/k/a East Coast who we have used for approximately 15 years. I was originally quoted over the phone from the Islip Airport Area Hotel to Brooklyn, NY approximately $200 for a regular sedan. There was no wait time and no tolls. When the car arrived at their hotel it was an SUV. Fine if that is what they have available. Great company with great communication! Clean cars and friendly drivers. We used them for a wine tour and have previously used them for airport transportation. They are always prompt and professional
THE SCENARIO 6 ladies celebrating with a wine tourmaline! MAKING RESERVATION... both people i spoke to in the office were polite courteous and really helpful. THE CAR... was on time, clean and huge. THE DRIVER...professional, accommodating (stopped at 2 7/11s for us to get "supplies") and he was really funny too. THE TOUR....Northfork LI wineries and lots of wine. THE RETURN...All safe and sound, drunk and happy. It was an amazing day....thank you silver star! You guys are the best!
Wow not sure where to start but the name explains it all. The chauffeurs down to the vehicles they know what outstanding customer service should be and you can tell they take pride providing just that. Thank you Silver Star.
