Really terrible experience here. I filed my taxes late which, yes was my fault. However it took around 4 weeks from time I contacted them and provided all documents for them to actually submit taxes properly. Then they submitted with my wife’s name spelled incorrectly so had to be resubmitted. I got a big fine which Hamid said he would submit something to have it dismissed since it was my first time filing late. They have now been completely ignoring my emails for the past month. HAMID in 2022 messed up all my taxes, and when I talked to him his behavior was very aggressive and disrespectful towards me. It’s been five months and I still haven’t received my refund from the IRS, and when I contacted them they said that they never received my tax application. And when I came back to HAMID, he stated that he can’t do anything for me, despite the fact that the issue was due to his negligence.
