Really terrible experience here. I filed my taxes late which, yes was my fault. However it took around 4 weeks from time I contacted them and provided all documents for them to actually submit taxes properly. Then they submitted with my wife’s name spelled incorrectly so had to be resubmitted. I got a big fine which Hamid said he would submit something to have it dismissed since it was my first time filing late. They have now been completely ignoring my emails for the past month.
