Kremmling is a great town to live in! Silver Spruce has a wonderful staff of very caring people. They keep up on maintenance and provide a safe and affordable place to live with dignity.
My experience? If you like being woke up to nasty email messages from the landlord move in here. It would be much easier if they just tell you what you can do such as breathe rather than what you can't do. I've just been trying to live my life I'm a pretty quiet person but anything anybody can complain about they will and they do. Such things as taking your dog out at night...
