I had an amazing experience at Silver Springs Spa! The aesthetician Luby was SO sweet and the service was so much more extensive than I was expecting. I got the hifu facial and my face has been so snatched since. I've been to many spas in Vancouver and this experience was really memorable.
I’m giving 1 star only because the esthetician who performed my facial was wonderful. However, my overall experience was ruined by the front desk customer service. After my treatment, I paid and sat down to quickly apply some makeup before leaving. When I checked the time, it was only 7:23 PM. The spa’s posted closing time is 8:30 PM, so I assumed I had plenty of time to freshen up and leave. I’ve been seeing Yeonghun (Andrew) Bae for RMT sessions and I can honestly say he’s amazing. He’s very kind, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. He creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and actually takes the time to listen to your needs. I always leave feeling much better, whether it’s pain relief or just less tension. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great RMT.

I had a body massage from Bibi and I’m extremely satisfied !! ❤️ She could tell where I was tense and worked on those areas really well. After the session, my whole body felt so light. My friend also got a massage from Sue and said it was amazing as well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
