I can’t say enough good things about Silver Springs Medical Spa. The service, value, and communication have all been top-tier. I used to fly to South Korea once a year for medical aesthetic treatments. The results were great, but because I could only go once a year, it was really hard to maintain them. I’m giving 1 star only because the esthetician who performed my facial was fine. However, my overall experience was ruined by the front desk customer service. After my treatment, I paid and sat down to quickly apply some makeup before leaving. When I checked the time, it was only 7:23 PM. The spa’s posted closing time is 8:30 PM, so I assumed I had plenty of time to freshen up and leave.
