I am the owner of Silver Spring Personal Care Home and visit often. Our leadership team is doing an amazing job with the staff and residents. The residents are like family to me. My mom visits often to the home and has made friends with our residents. My residents know more about my mom and what she is doing than I do. I love this place and the residents. This place is becoming what I dreamed it would be and more.

The building and interior are indeed as beautiful as other reviews note. However, as someone who visited my loved one frequently, I would strongly discourage anyone from placing a family member at Silver Springs Personal Care. Silver Spring Personal Care Home is a beautiful, modern, and very clean facility with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers good variety, and many staff members are hardworking and dedicated to the residents’ care. Our family member’s transition had some challenges, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. However, management responded with professionalism, grace, and compassion. My 100 year old mother has stayed here numerous times while my husband and I travel. She loves it and we are happy that she is safe and well cared for. The food is good and the facility is clean. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !
