Silver Spring Personal Care Home is a beautiful, modern, and very clean facility with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers good variety, and many staff members are hardworking and dedicated to the residents’ care. Our family member’s transition had some challenges, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. However, management responded with professionalism, grace, and compassion. My 100 year old mother has stayed here numerous times while my husband and I travel. She loves it and we are happy that she is safe and well cared for. The food is good and the facility is clean. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !
Very Nice facility, friendly and helpful staff.
It's a beautiful facility, but awful management since day1. It's literally a revolving door , they don't respect there staff, hire and fire , and have agency constantly in and out who are unfamiliar faces to residents and that's there homes. They have been on a glove shortage for almost a month and we barely have enough to complete tasks, we were told we "use" to many! Not to mention, not enough linen to wash residents.The state is constantly in and out, it's a personal care facility and they have far to many residents there... read more
