So horrible! I’m a business owner and this place needs a new owner!
At this point if I could give Negative stars I would. To be honest after the first ride scheduled with them I thought okay it won't be to bad. We were early to our destination. And pick up to go back home was smooth. Since then every time has been a problem. Not showing up at the time they say they will, forcing us to squeeze in the back with a car seat and another person, to lying to me and the people who set up the rides. My driver didn’t speak English at all and was driving between two lanes. Like where the dotted line is under your car. I couldn’t communicate to tell him to move over. He had no clue. People were honking. I felt unsafe. Every single time insurance sends me this company it’s an issue. They are rude, they don’t show up,, they tell you that you have to wait 3 hours after your appointment to be picked up. The drivers don’t know how to drive. They need to be shut down. I will be contacting my insurance company and you should too.

Horribly incompetent company! Will NOT show up at the time they are supposed to (after they accepted the job!) and then will refuse to pick you up and leave you stranded. Never ever let these people schedule a ride with you, they will NOT follow through. They need to be reported!
