Horribly incompetent company! Will NOT show up at the time they are supposed to (after they accepted the job!) and then will refuse to pick you up and leave you stranded. Never ever let these people schedule a ride with you, they will NOT follow through. They need to be reported!
Driving reckless with my seven year old special needs nephew in the car and when asked to slow down the driver laughed and said if you don't like my driving you can get out of my car... Don't use this company...
Worst company to work for my car broke down they said ohhhh we are going to get it fixed neverrrr did left me without a job in a instant and didn’t even tell me I just had to figure out myself time to move on BUT I did love my customers and if you rode with me I always tried to do my best not to make anyone wait even when they said to do it
1) they will try to confirm the ride after 9pm at night 2) they will have the wrong time HORRIBLE service. Avoid at all costs. Write to your insurance providers and let them know how terrible your experience was so they stop contracting with such an incompetent company
When I see my ride assigned to this company, I have to have a back up plan for transportation both ways, in ALL weather. I keep the day of my appointment clear to adjust to late or early drivers. I bring a mask because I'm usually riding with other people. I'm always prepared to listen to too much personal information from the drivers, sometimes horrible, violent stories.
