This is one of the worst transportation services in Michigan. There vehicles are deplorable. Some of their drivers are unlicensed, unsafe and their dispatch is incompetent. This service is unacceptable and has provided the worst experience imaginable Everytime they are booked. I truly hope they are shut down and someone does an investigation on this company. I would leave Zero Stars but I wanted to let you know that I have had a bad experience. First they did not pick me up for my appointment from home. Second, the only call I got from them was when they were on the way to pick me up from my appointment I was supposed to go to. I had to contact the insurance to find out where my ride was and they told the insurance that they only had the pickup from the hospital to my second appointment, not my pickup from home so they had to get into the computer take them off of there before t... read more

This transportation company was completely unreliable and caused me unnecessary stress before an important appointment. The driver called me at 6:00 AM to confirm my ride, which I did, but after that I never received any follow-up communication. When it was time for pickup, no one showed up. I repeatedly tried calling the driver, but the calls went straight to voicemail.
