1) they will try to confirm the ride after 9pm at night 2) they will have the wrong time HORRIBLE service. Avoid at all costs. Write to your insurance providers and let them know how terrible your experience was so they stop contracting with such an incompetent company
When I see my ride assigned to this company, I have to have a back up plan for transportation both ways, in ALL weather. I keep the day of my appointment clear to adjust to late or early drivers. I bring a mask because I'm usually riding with other people. I'm always prepared to listen to too much personal information from the drivers, sometimes horrible, violent stories. Absolutely horrible!
Where do I start?! This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’ve heard conversations about other passengers, which should NEVER happen. This company schedules rides, I’m assuming every few minutes, because how can you NEVER get anyone to their appointment on time. My son and I were left at Children’s Hospital for 3 hours (one of the times), so the insurance company sent us an Uber.
