Loved the place and my facialist. Gaby is an incredible professional. She has the most gentlest touch. We went over my skin type and she recommended gentle product for my sensitive skin. First timer here, and I LOVE IT. Jennifer was my esthetician and she was phenomenal. She went over treatment plans for my concerns and explained some of the procedures that would benefit me or the differences of procedures available. The worst results of a facial I have ever had with horrific acne afterwards that has continued for a week, I’ve had many facials before and know all about purging - this is extreme and was without warning. I’ve never had skin this bad before in my life, not even as a teenager - I’m humiliated and in pain and can only go out in public when I have to. After fighting in traffic and getting a bit turned around to find Silver Mirror, I walked in all out of sorts. But the locale was pristine and had a great relaxing vibe. My esthetician Christian was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in very good hands as he worked in the lotions and creams, as well as the anti-aging wand. All in all, I really enjoyed my facial.
