Very disappointed with the customer service at Silver Lotus. I bought some shorts unsure if I wanted to keep them and asked the employee if they do returns. She told me and my husband that they do returns within 10 days as long as all tags are attached, and there were unworn/in perfect condition. Six days later I went to return them and they told me they only do exchanges or store credit.
