I went in for help repairing a necklace I had bought from them almost a year ago as the chain had broken. The ladies I talked to were very nice and helpful and they sent my necklace out for repair. After a couple days, I got the necklace back and it looked almost brand new. This will forever be my favourite jewelry shop!
Purchased online rare incense, namely, Patchouli Sweetgrass charcoal incense sticks. Silver Lotus had ample supplies unlike other advertised retail sites. The delivery to Toronto was quick and great care and consideration was obviously used in packaging my purchase. SL is now my reliant supply including other sensory products. Much thanks!
I was there yesterday, looking for a ring to buy and was greeted nicely enough - but the two women working there were talking so much that I couldn’t get their attention (lingered at display cases nearby and hoped they’d look up). It wasn’t worth it to me to speak up because this happened last summer when I was on vacation and went into that shop on two different occasions. Might be due to the fact that I’m visibly First Nations. Bought a ring and earrings across the street instead!
The old lady that told me "that door is not an entrance. That's why there's a sign on the door" comment, made you lose business today. It's the door that connects to your courtyard, but is for some reason only an exit? Pick your battles. Not friendly at all.

So you Know Its Good .....when Everyone in town says its Good ....Guess What its GOOD!
