This is the second time that I used Silver Linings to move my mom and their service remains excellent. For this move I relied on SLT to pack and to help.me to plan our out-of-area move. Beth and Michelle were seasoned pros who worked with speed and care to get my mom's apartment and belongings ready for moving day. They did a move for my mom at Sea Crest in Carlsbad, CA last week. I can't really explain how they thought it was okay to ABANDON my mother at her new residential care facilities without half of her belongings, all because (and completely out of my 89 year old mothers control) their elevators were broken that day and the 2 young men there just refused to use the stairs. I couldn't have done it without Jami. She really knows her trade. My elderly mother ,who needed the help, was so impressed and that is hard thing to get her to do. Jami is wonderful.
