Very messy , a lot work for $10 an hour , the training is terrible they expect you to know everything the first week ! They watch every little thing you do lmao … it’s give very much mean girl toxic drama filled environment ! expect to be laughed at if you don’t do everything right while being trained.. don’t work here if you’re looking for a non toxic environment .. don’t apply as a dietary aide they are very rude and funny acting Kelli is a terrible manager
Don't work here! Esp if you have child(ren), I wouldn't want my parents or grandparents here, a few RAs don't respect them as grown adults!
Silver Lakes is a great place for Mom and Dad. I couldn’t think of anywhere else in town.
