I’m not sure where all these good reviews are about. This place is dirty. It stinks of urine and poop as soon as you walk in the door. They refused to provide someone near and dear to me all billing information. Yes refused. They are shady. Even the blankets they provide are the thinnest quality you could expect and they are left dirty on the bed. The people are in wheelchairs cramming up the walkways. Don’t listen to the disgruntled reviews with the spelling errors below, they don’t know what they’re talking about or how things work in LTC . This place has done a 180 and is phenomenal and a gem in Bristol for locals. Finally!
My sister is rehabilitating there after being in the hospital for surgery. So far all have been great; special mention for Candy, she is so caring and absolutely amazing.
