Looks like a pretty cool place to live for 55+
Great place because the people and residents make it so. The owners, however, are greedy; they’re taking a stance that they can raise the underlying ground rent as much and as often as they want, which appears to violate at least the intent of the master lease between the original Burnett family and the tenants. Pending lawsuit between the parties will hopefully quash these greedy owners ambitions
