My uncle moved in almost one year ago after assisted living at brookdale in puyallup. He is currently living independently with better service and a much better atmosphere than he had at brookdale. He’s paying 2/3rds of the price for a nicer unit and a happier staff and residents. I think it’s a better value and a great place.

My mother was at this place for 7 months. Mostly okay. A whole lot of what we can do, not much follow through. I finally had to say, “can we talk about an actual action”. There was always a reason to not carry out. At a point her location was a problem so we waited weeks to move her to a closer (to services, meals, assistance) spot. It had been cleaned. Our Mom was at Silvercreek at Bonaventure for three years. She needed assistance and help with daily living and the staff and management at Silvercreek really came through. No facility is perfect but my “litmus test “is a great attitude exhibited by staff,and consistent and applied compassion:both were lovingly given to my Mom. The facility cannot do it alone and families need to work in coordination with staff to maximize your loved one’s time spent at Silvercreek. My mother lived here for four and a half years. Knowing she was safe and cared for gave us such peace of mind. We have always been so pleased with the attention she received. Thank you for taking great care of my mom.

As a discharge planner for many years and more recently a senior advisor. I absolutely love this building. Marie and Ernest have always been a pleasure to work with and they go above and beyond for their residents.
