It's been 2.5+ years since I paid the full amount requested by Mr. Collins personally to get my parents estate settled and certain other issues involved. I've never been able to talk to him in person again as it is hard fore to get around as a person w disabilities. I just keep getting different people that are "working"on the case and they had no clue of what they were supposed to be doing on my case!! Promises to call back that never came.
