My Mother stays there... they have serious BED BUG issues there ...and they raised the Rent on my Mothers Apartment....2 times. These People do not care about my Mother's Health ....also She has to get rid of Her $5000 Bed and $1200 chair which literally helps her get up and be Mobile. I do not recommend this Place to anyone.
While visiting the community, I was impressed with the level of activity going on. Residents were engaged and happy! The cleanliness and customer services were icing on the cake.
Toured Silver Birch today and had those most amazing tour guide! We have been looking for a place for my dad, and we are definitely happy with our choice! Clean and happy environment, staff and residents very welcoming, can’t wait to be working with you guys soon!

Silver birch is a very nice senior community. The building is clean and the residents are always friendly and seem to be very happy. The staff are always helpful, especially the marketing director, and really care about the residents.
