Lady at the first desk is a horrible person she just talk with disrespectful to me and all I was going is trying to get a job you people that be talking to need to leave your attitude at home and not bring it to your job The receptionist have a horrible attitude she needed to be fired
Maybe now that the rude lady that sits hiding in her office is leaving, hopefully they will get an administrator that actually cares about the residents and their welfare and eradicate the bedbug infestation and get the building looking good again.
We did well in selecting this place for our mom. Silver Birch is beautiful, the grounds are well manicured, and the staff has been very attentive. They take the residents out on fun excursions. Today, Jessica took my mom and the girls out bowling. Mom was so excited! I’m elated that she’s in a place that contributes to her happiness! Thank you Silver Birch, my mom now views this place as her home!
IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR LOVE ONES SILVERBIRCH IS NOT THE PLACE. THIS ORGANIZATION IS FULL OF BEDBUGS ALL THE TIME. SO SAD!
