I always have positive, friendly interactions with the staff at Silver Birch. They've been very helpful and kind. The residents seem to be having a nice time together when I am there!
I am very well pleased with the staffs professionalism and customer service which is hard to come by these days. Each and every staff member I have come into contact with has been exceptionally kind and professional, as well as knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way necessary throughout every department that I dealt with. I am sharing this review because I have a family member at this facility and in the last couple of month I have seen a change. I see that there is good things going on. I see they have a new person there running the building who you can talk to the first time I every got a call to let me know what is going on and asking how I feel. I would recommend cause I see a good change and brother is happy and pleased

Today 20250213 is a special day for me. Also I am a resident & have been just over a year. I am posting today primarily as a food review. I worked a good part of my life in the food & beverage industry, primarily in FLA. I even owned a fast food place back in '89. JK's Dairy Shake. When I 1st came here a year ago, the cooks they had would have struggled being dishwashers any place I worked or owned. Several months back, the corporate nutritionist visited.
