The staff that is now at Silver Birch, is very dedicated and compassionate!
I toured this community today and loved everything I saw. Smiling faces, friendly staff, and I was treated with warmth. The unit I was shown was beautiful with lots of space. They had bingo while I was there and I love bingo.
If you are looking for assisted living DO NOT GO HERE. The nursing staff does not care and refuses to communicate with you. The new management is a joke. The building looks like crap and smells awful. The people look unhappy and depressed. I wouldn't put a dog here. Let alone my family. Stay far far away from the company! They also have bed bugs really bad.
Awesome place! Jill is a wonderful person to know there. She helps people in the move in process and has a wonderful way with families. Very nice building all around!
