POOR SERVICE The reviews for this salon are either really great or really awful. Unfortunately my experience was not very good. My hair cut was super rushed. Even though there was no one waiting, they took forever to get me into a chair and then raced through the cut like it was some sort of competition. They didnt seem to listen to what I wanted or really care. Horrible customer service at this place. I felt like they only wanted my money and to get out. I wont ever go there again.
Massage Experience I received a massage gift certificate for a birthday and had a wonderful experience. Silvana's is a full service salon that offers hair, nails and spa treatments. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and my massage therapist made me feel extremely comfortable. She asked where I would like her to concentrate on and I nearly fell asleep with the soft music in the background and dimmed lights. Definately a spot to go if you want to be pampered!
hai conditioning I went for a hair conditioning because my hair & scalp were so dryedout.Syvia did my deep conditioning and I am very pleased with it.I bought the stuff she used and I love the way my hair looks.I would recommend this if you have well water like I do.The price was very reasonable. A hair cut on the other hand was on the pricey side.
An oasis in Forestville Sylvia and her wonderful staff make every visit a special occasion. During chemotherapy and radiation treatments, my regular visits to Silvanas were a necessity, not a luxury.
