I went in for what should have been a simple battery replacement on my laptop. Beforehand, my laptop worked fine as long as it was plugged into the charger. I just wanted a new battery so it could run without being constantly connected. After the shop replaced the battery, the laptop stopped working. Visited today, phone screen replaced in half an hour. Great friendly service. Amazing price too.
The very nice man replaced my phone's protective screen twice for only 10 pound, whereas the other shop charges 20 pound. I found the service to be prompt and professional. Thanks so much!
Absolutely terrible place worse experience ive ever had these people have no idea what they are doing almost ruined my laptop by installing the wrong drivers when I questioned them about it they got super defensive and accused me of buying a faulty laptop and when i asked them to repair what they broke they told me they dont serve people with an “attitude” even though i was trying to be nice after visiting i can clearly see why there are so many negatives reviews for this place extremely terrible service from people with no ... read more
Lots of negative reviews for this place. Here's mine. Took my daughters 10th generation ipad in for a screen repair We were quoted £70 before going in and again inside the shop having confirmed the serial number. We came back 3 hours later to be told we had been given 'the wrong price' It would now be £200! We left the shop and my daughter said it appeared to be more broken than before it went in. We suspect more damage was done by the staff. Would not go back to this place.
