Cons: Mr. Silva was sort of harsh about my situation and didn't spend much time on a lot of the issues I brought up. He explained why the issues were not important, but it was a bit harsh. Pros: Mr. Silva told me how he planned to defend me from the start. I wasn't absolutely sure why the things he mentioned were important, but at the trial they turned out to be what was needed. 5 star rating! I needed an attorneys assistance back in october and was very pleased with Silva! He was straight to the point and very effective in the court room! I couldn't imagine having anyone else represent me.
Mr. Silva is our second attorney for the same problem. To start, he did the best with my son's case. At first, I thought he was a little too blunt, but after I realized he told us exactly what to expect. And everything happened just like he said. He said that there was a 1% chance of it working out, and told us how he would have to do legal research and write a motion to fix our problem. He did what he said an he was able to get my son back on track.
Matt told me not to talk about my case so I have to try and just post the basics. I was out money and he got it back for me. Then he made the other person pay me attorney fees which covered what I paid him. Thanks for the help. I am going to tell all my friends about you.
This guy knows his stuff. I was in the middle of something that I thought would destroy my career in the Marines. Not only did he show me how he was going to attack the charges, he was able to get them dismissed without me having to do anything! I stopped by to give him a tip and he told me tips are not allowed!
