The staff couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting me to select a bed. Price was very good. Delivery was within a week. The delivery was on time, the guys were considerate of my home and put the bed together. To say I’m thrilled to bits with the whole experience, is an understatement. Would definitely recommend.

Basic insight: i had help for a mattress, this mattress was defective and so i had reached out and followed correct steps but due to the defect I needed this issue rectified urgently. I bought a lovely modern ottoman storage bed and headboard online from Sids Furniture. The quality is outstanding for the price I paid which was a hundred pound cheaper than others i'd seen. It was delivered quickly, setup upstairs without a fuss and its made of a solid wooden base so I know it will last for years to come. Happy to recommend to others.
I got help with a mattress (still paid for) basic quality mattress, springs was broke on one side, my daughter got scratched by a spring that was sticking out of the mattress at the bottom which by this point I ended up calling and the lady said they would swap it, I asked if I could add the extra £40 to have the next quality up but I was told no, I've since called and then was told they're waiting for the mattress to come in, since then I've not heard anything and it's been weeks.
