We engaged the services of the Sill team out of Cleveland for a residential fire claim in the Wooster, Ohio area. Although I personally had some reluctance at first, hiring Sill was a beneficial decision. Michael, Tom and Bud were responsive, professional and helped remove emotion from the settlement process. I would recommend thier firm without hesitation.
Michael and team did an excellent job in helping us with a fire situation of an elderly relative. They were diligent and professional every step of the way. Sill to the rescue! Dan and Tom went above and beyond helping me after my house fire. It’s been a long arduous process but honestly, having Sill deal with all the insurance and contractors was a weight off of my shoulders! Their upfront, open and honest communication and guiding me each step of the way left no room for misunderstandings.
