I started doing my upper lip and underarms with Norma only 3 weeks ago and I only had to shave once! For me the results are very and I am very happy with it! Next we will do lower body, and facial, Nora! Hope you got time for me! Also you are the sweetest, it’s always good to see your smile! I definitely recommend!

Norma switched to new equipment after my third or fourth laser hair removal session. I don't know if she was still trying to figure out how the equipment worked or what, but she left me with severe burns three times in a row with the new equipment. Patients should not be a testing ground for lasers! I showed her photos of the burns after the second time, and she lowered the intensity of the laser, but I STILL suffered burns. Norma is simply amazing!! Yesterday I cried happy tears because she was removing cherry angiomas right before my very eyes!! Life-long struggles gone in seconds!
