BEWARE! Your order will NEVER get to you! I have a $300+ order that was placed January 8, 2022, that STILL has not been fulfilled. Emails requesting updates have been filled with excuses about supply. Phone calls are left to voice mail and replied by email instead of a phone call. I love their fabrics and have used them for years. That being said, they are terrible to order from now, which is incredibly sad. I placed an order in Sept and Dec of last year still haven’t received my Sept order over a year later.Received the December order in April. Multiple emails back and forth was asked if I would be willing to change my fabric count to be able to get order faster. Still no order. Never ordering from them again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will never receive it!
Really disappointed with the linen I ordered. The color has nothing to do with the swatch on the website. Shipping cost is crazy, plus the delay on the website was 8 weeks, and after 12 weeks without news I asked for an update and they told me there would be other several weeks of delay. After asking to cancel my order, they finally shipped it, but I was gutted to see the result. Just felt like I wasted my money.
I placed an order back in May 2021. In September I got a notification that my order was going to be shipped. A couple weeks passed and the tracking number I received showed that a shipping label was created but the post office never received any package. I contacted the shop and they told me that the package may have been lost in a sorting facility due to damage from Hurricane Ida. The problem with this is that the post office had no record of ever getting a package let alone one making it to a sorting center. I received no ... read more
